Planning
Several meetings will take place to evaluate your expectations, allow us time to meet them and proceed with presenting them to you. These are a few of the meetings and topics that will be discussed:
  • Meetings to define the size/scope, and budget for your home
  • A homesite visit
  • Customized Design/Build plans
  • Structural engineering of plans
  • Preliminary cost estimate
  • Compiling the list of specifications
  • Provide your Lender with required documentation

Contract Forms
The contract will be made up of several documents:

  • Design/Build Agreement
  • Approval of Final Plans
  • Specifications
  • Construction Agreement or Contract to Build
  • Preliminary Production Schedule
  • Warranty Agreement

Financing:
If you have not already been approved by a Mortgage Lender for permanent financing we will be happy to assist you in finding one. We work with many Lenders that are happy to assist you with a product that will meet your needs. These are a few items of consideration during the financing process:

  • Make application for the loan amount
  • Supply the necessary documentation (tax returns, pay stubs, etc.)
  • Provide letter of pre-qualification to Dalmac Homes Inc.
  • Appraisal will be ordered to confirm values
  • Letter to proceed will be issued from your Lender
