

Several meetings will take place to evaluate your expectations, allow us time to meet them and proceed with presenting them to you. These are a few of the meetings and topics that will be discussed:
- Meetings to define the size/scope, and budget for your home
- A homesite visit
- Customized Design/Build plans
- Structural engineering of plans
- Preliminary cost estimate
- Compiling the list of specifications
- Provide your Lender with required documentation
Contract Forms
The contract will be made up of several documents:
- Design/Build Agreement
- Approval of Final Plans
- Specifications
- Construction Agreement or Contract to Build
- Preliminary Production Schedule
- Warranty Agreement
Financing:
If you have not already been approved by a Mortgage Lender for permanent financing
we will be happy to assist you in finding one. We work with many Lenders that are
happy to assist you with a product that will meet your needs. These are a few items
of consideration during the financing process:
- Make application for the loan amount
- Supply the necessary documentation (tax returns, pay stubs, etc.)
- Provide letter of pre-qualification to Dalmac Homes Inc.
- Appraisal will be ordered to confirm values
- Letter to proceed will be issued from your Lender
