Warranty is a valued service after any sale, not to mention the largest investment you will most likely make, your new home. Dalmac Homes Inc. understands your need for a managed Warranty Program.

At the time of closing you will receive a detailed written warranty, which explains the protection we provide you after the sale.

After you have closed on your new home, Dalmac Homes Inc., may continue to complete items that require service, materials and scheduling of subcontractors.

Outside of last minute items at completion, Dalmac Homes Inc.’s Warranty Manager will be contacting you to set up a 45 day and 1 year warranty follow-up. Our intention is to address any issues or concerns that may have surfaced after the sale.
