Upon completion of your new home, Dalmac Homes, Inc. will schedule a meeting with you at your home. At this meeting we will proceed with a final walk through and orientation to familiarize you with all the features of your new home and to list any last minute items that require corrections.
A copy of this document will be signed for approval by both Dalmac Homes Inc. and the homeowner. A copy of this document will be given to the homeowner for them to file in their Homeowners Manual.
The Dalmac Homes Inc. Warranty Program will be reviewed at this time. Copies of the Warranty Request Forms will be given to the homeowner at this time should there be additional items that require correction.
