

Upon receipt of the Letter to Proceed from your Lender, we are ready to break ground and begin the permitting process. At this point, you will be excited to see physical progress!
Coordinating planned inspections, completing the selections schedule, issuing purchase orders, ordering materials on time, scheduling subcontractors, managing weather delays, and maintaining a smooth flowing construction schedule require a great deal of management skills. By having proven management systems in place, our Management Team is able to proceed effectively in all facets of your new home construction. Although, challenges may arise, communication proves our best source to resolutions.

To stay on schedule requires constant communications between you and Dalmac Homes Inc.’s Management Team. Our Customer Care Manager will be contacting you by e-mail or telephone for pertinent information on a regular basis throughout the construction phase of your new home. Should you stop by the homesite you may be greeted by your Project Manager. He will be on site regularly and managing quality assurance.
In order to ensure that everything is going according to plan, regular walk-throughs will be scheduled with you. These scheduled walk-throughs will help to minimize the impact of any problems that may arise. They also allow us to meet on site with the subcontractors to guarantee quality assurance is delivered according to specifications. Exchange of accurate information is critical to meeting your expectations.

There are several procedures Dalmac Homes, Inc. will review with you during the Planning Phase.
These procedures will affect the time frame and progression on your new home. These procedures
will be reviewed during the planning process and any questions you may have will be addressed.
